RPF fuel for next generation energy.
Our own plant, "Tobishima Green Campus"
As a company aiming for a sustainable society, we are committed to recycling. At our Tobishima Green Campus treatment facility, we recycle industrial waste into RPF fuel, reducing CO₂ emissions and supporting cost reduction. We are contributing to the low-carbon society of the future.
Eco-friendly RPF
What is RPF?
RPF is an abbreviation for Refuse Paper & Plastic Fuel. It is made from waste paper and plastics that are difficult to recycle. RPF has the advantages of controllable calorific value, high calorie content, and excellent storability. It is used in many industries as a solid fuel alternative to fossil fuels.
Stable quality
Since the raw material is waste with a clear history of generation, stable quality can be provided.
Calorific value control
Calorific value is adjusted by simply changing the ratio of recycled paper to plastic.
High calorie
The raw material, waste plastic, has a high calorific value and can be used as an alternative to fossil fuels.
Easy handling
Solid and dense, making it convenient and easy to store.
Advantages of RPF
Compared to coal, RPF is a high-grade fuel that can reduce CO₂ emissions by about 33% in the process of recovering heat during combustion. It contributes to the conservation of the global environment by saving fossil fuels and extending the life of landfill sites.

CO₂ reduction
Contributes to the prevention of global warming with lower CO₂ emissions than fossil fuels.
Measures against exhaust gas
There is little boiler corrosion due to chlorine gas, and almost no dioxin is generated.
High economic efficiency
RPF is solid and dense. It is convenient and easy to stock.
